Parallel Tracks

Young women are being raped and murdered.  Melody and her co-officer Charlie chase the perpetrator who eludes them at every turn. The chase takes them from place to place. Later on, Melody teams up with another female officer Angie Page. It is like the rapist knows every move they make before they do.  Melody was raped earlier in her life doing so this is very personal for her. Charlie and Melody are at a seminar about new technology for detectives.  They work for a small-city police force. Charlie and Melody and later Angie will work together to solve a series of crimes. The setting is a small city in Western Oklahoma.
